这里古时叫园普，后来因为当地读书人多，改名文普。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1956年入高级社，1958年为文普大队，1984年设文普乡政府，1987年设文普管理区，至1999年成为文普村民委员会，此后未变。[1]
