澄滩村在梅州市梅江区长沙镇河西片，位置较偏，是革命老区村。由澄坑、滩下两村在2001年9月合并设立，各取一字为名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
澄滩一带在清代属罗衣堡。公社化时是一个澄滩大队，1978年分成澄坑、滩下两个大队；1983年改乡，隶长沙区，1987年改设村委会，归长沙镇。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
村有19个村民小组，在册356户、1416人，总面积10多平方千米，耕地969亩。作物有水稻、蔬菜、水果和花生，办有生猪养殖基地；2009年人均收入4439元。村里通过向公路部门申请和村民集资等办法，投入13万元装了路灯。[2]
