下罗村在梅州市梅江区长沙镇河东片，离梅州城区约15公里，村委会设在百福祠。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
下罗村在清代属罗衣堡，民国时期随罗衣乡。1983年单设下罗乡，隶长沙区；1987年改设村委会，1989年称管理区，1998年恢复村委会之称，归长沙镇。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
村有10个村民小组，在册428户、1793人，总面积10平方千米，耕地1180亩。作物有水稻、花卉、蔬菜、水果和花生，种植花卉200多亩；2009年人均收入4548元。[2]2008年梅州市评其为「先进生态示范村」。[2]
2026年3月，下罗村被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
