凤咀村是惠州市惠阳区永湖镇的行政村，村名据地形像凤凰而来。[3]
历史沿革[edit]
相传清顺治年间先人由梅县、五华迁来，早先归吊沥乡管辖。1970年10月分为吊沥、凤咀两个大队，1985年改称管理区，1999年3月27日撤区设村，成立凤咀村民委员会。[2]
地名由来[edit]
此地地形像一只凤凰，黄姓始祖落脚在鸟头的位置，起初叫凤嘴，“咀”与“嘴”同义，后写作凤咀。[3]
荣誉[edit]
凤咀村在2017年10月得到省爱国卫生运动委员会颁发的「第一批广东省卫生村」称号；2019年9月，村在「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单中；2023年4月，村进入「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村创建单位」名单；2023年11月，被列为「广东“百千万工程”首批典型县镇村」之一。[1]
