历史沿革[edit]
1957年成立大队，1999年成立元岭村民委员会。[2]
地名由来[edit]
村里山岭多而浑圆，“圆”与“元”谐音，故名。[3]
跃鲤桥[edit]
跃鲤桥在麻溪河元岭一段，位于元岭大队部东南、耀鲤山西端，清光绪十七年（1891年）始建，是单拱行人桥，为广东省第九批文物保护单位。[1][4]
