岚石村是惠州市惠城区芦洲镇的行政村，位于镇北部，东邻紫金县好义镇，南接横沥镇大岚，北与龙颈村相连。面积22.8平方公里，9个村民小组，393户、1541人，马姓为主（博雅地名网所载，未注明年份）。[1]
历史沿革与地名由来[edit]
村四面环山，军田河流经村下，弯曲汇入东江；村内龙潭石山、石角背山、水坑山、呈洞寨山都是石山，因此得名。1984年设管理区，1998年撤区设村。[1]
经济与荣誉[edit]
耕地1200亩，山地2.9万亩，竹子资源多，村内有龙潭瀑布，另有千余亩待开发土地；X203线经过全村。2019年9月列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
