龙颈村是惠州市惠城区芦洲镇的行政村，位于镇北部，北邻紫金县古竹镇、好义镇，面积15平方公里，下辖11个村民小组，368户、1433人，张姓为主（博雅地名网所载，未注明年份）。[1]
历史沿革与地名由来[edit]
明代，陈氏、杜氏先人迁入，在百公坝曲龙围定居，门前有水塘，村称龙塘；后来聚落沿地势延成长条，形似颈项，改称龙颈。1984年设管理区，1998年撤区设村。[1]
经济与环境[edit]
耕地1600亩，山地一万八千多亩，种有篙竹两千多亩，集体收入来自竹子和果树。秋香江穿过全村，两岸多竹林。[1]
