上青村是惠州市惠城区芦洲镇的行政村，在镇南部、东江沿岸，与横沥镇相邻，距惠州市区40公里。村域面积7.04平方公里，下辖9个村民小组，424户、1609人，杨姓为主（博雅地名网所载，未注明年份）。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村民先祖于明朝晚期从博罗县泰美一带迁来。解放后，本村与横江大队合并为横青乡，其后分开，另设上青管理区；1984年设管理区，1998年撤区设村，成立村民委员会。[1]
地名由来[edit]
因从横青乡分出，位置在该乡上部，所以叫上青。[1]
经济[edit]
耕地2200亩，其中水田1200亩、旱地1000亩，以传统农业为主，村集体收入来自林地和鱼塘出租，近年鼓励村民种植甜玉米等作物。县道X208穿村而过。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
