廻龙村在石狗镇西部，狗岗公路贯通全村，辖17个村民小组，传统种植业以柑桔为主。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
前身是1958年成立的廻龙生产大队，1987年改设管理区，1998年起称廻龙村民委员会。村名因村委会驻地设在廻龙村而来。博雅地名网的村名页另写作迴龙村。[1]

村域面积7.6平方公里，总人口1617人。[1]
经济[edit]
全村约八成农户种植沙糖桔。村内有一家纸厂，造纸流程承袭自邻近的邓村古法造纸。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年9月，廻龙村以兰花入选「第二批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」；2026年1月获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]
