上扶村位于封开县渔涝镇东面，33个村民小组，3100余人，面积约12平方千米，到县城50多千米，到渔涝集镇2千米，通镇公路已铺成硬底[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1950年设乡，此后经1955年初级社、1957年高级社，于1958年成为生产大队，1987年起为村民委员会[2]。村名取自村委会所在的上扶村[3]。
经济[edit]
山地以沙糖桔为主，水田种稻与花生，另有鱼塘和塘基养猪[1]。
荣誉[edit]
先后进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」（2019年9月公布）和「2020年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」（2020年12月公布）名单[1]。
