荔洞村在横山镇，位于绥江边，靠近省道江六线，距县城7公里、距镇政府6公里，占地约12.91平方公里；广贺高速公路和贵广铁路经过村境，高速公路出入口和广宁高新产业园也设在村内。[1]2026年1月被评为广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
道光年间叫黎洞口。1930年设荔洞乡，隶九区；1954年有荔洞、黄竹迳两个农业社，1958年各自成立大队，1962年并为荔洞大队，七星也并入其中；1987年为村民委员会，七星分出；1989年改称管理区，1998年复称村民委员会。[1][2]
经济[edit]
村总人口2620人，设16个村民小组。耕地1450亩（含水田920亩），山林有9900亩（含洲竹500亩），另有鱼塘150亩，砂糖桔600亩，开办竹器加工厂8家。博雅地名网记村集体收入3.2万元、农民人均年收入4921元，未注明年份。[1]
