据博雅地名网（未注明年份），全村422户、1471多人，耕地1300亩，农作物以水稻、蔬菜为主，境内矿产资源较多。[1]杜村在1991年从三联管理区分出，与芙罗各成一个管理区。[2]2026年3月，杜村被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
