六梢村在信宜市区东部，隶属玉都街道，村名来自村口曾有的六株大枫梢树[1]。
名称与沿革[edit]
博雅地名网说，从前村子出口处有六株大枫梢树，现已不存，村因此得名[1]。六梢在1958年是竹山公社下的大队，到1983年立乡，1987年随东镇镇建制改设村民委员会，1989年一度设管理区办事处，1999年恢复村民委员会之称，2021年5月起划入玉都街道[1]。
经济与荣誉[edit]
该村下设35个村民小组，在册719户、3134人（未注明年份），总面积9平方公里，耕地606亩；山上种果，垌上种蕉，产木薯和木材，村民也靠编织增收并外出务工[1]。2023年5月获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号，2019年9月列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]。
