历史沿革与地名[edit]
据《顺德县地名志》，熹涌建村于宋代，传说由从南雄珠玑巷南迁的陈姓人在此定居，以捕鱼为生，每天清晨出发，故取“晨熹在涌”之意得名[1]。
经济[edit]
村内约有耕地1100亩，其中鱼塘约450亩；常住4801人，外来人口一万五千多，股份社有股东3955人[1]。村里从20世纪30年代起发展蚕桑和丝织业[1]。熹涌村进入2021年、2022年的“淘宝村”名单[1]。
著名人物[edit]
张镇孙（1235年至1278年），字鼎卿，号越溪，熹涌人。南宋咸淳八年（1272年）中进士第一，是宋代广东唯一的状元、顺德历史上第一位状元。元军进攻广东时，他任广东制置使，守卫广州，城破被俘，1278年北解途中于大庾岭殉节[2]。
