江头村是广东省南雄市江头镇所辖的行政村，城乡分类为镇中心区。村名取自长尾、东坑两溪会合、又处河流源头的地势。[1][2]据博雅地名网所录村情，全村设11个村民小组，人口1354人（年份未注明），主要种植水稻、黄烟、花生。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
建国初期的几年里，江头隶属宝江乡。公社化以后，这一带分为江头和长尾两个大队，1962年合并，统称江头大队。1980年代，先后改为乡和管理区；1998年12月起，成为现行的村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
江头村是江头镇第一个推行“清单制”“积分制”的村，2023年3月举办了第一季度积分兑换活动；村里还种有九里香、岗梅、紫苏等中草药。[3]
荣誉[edit]
江头村入选「第一批国家森林乡村」是在2019年12月；2022年1月，广东省乡村振兴局把它确定为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」的创建单位。[1]
