新楼村位于县城河婆南面，紧接城区，交通方便，下辖坎下楼、文山楼、高士楼3个自然村[1]。

地名由来[edit]

村名原为“三楼”，后将三个自然村合并，统一定名为新楼村[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1986年设立行政村，1990年成为新楼管理区办事处，1999年定名新楼村民委员会，沿用至今[1]。
