西河村是广东省揭阳市揭东区月城镇下辖的行政村，位于镇西部，临榕江南河，毗邻市区。[1]

村子旧称德桥，明弘治年间已经立村。村中的德桥技校曾是省、市、县定点的农民工培训基地。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

明弘治年间创村，最初称德桥。1951年改称西河卢，属磐东区西河乡；1958年为磐东公社西河大队，1975年归月城公社。[1]

1983年以后，村为月城区的西河乡，1986年才转为村委会建制。[1]

经济[edit]

2009年，工农业总产值为3806.29万元，村民人均收入达到4886元。[2]

村内玩具、制帽、毛织、五金等行业为主，有20多家企业。[2]

德桥技校自办学以来，为社会培训了大批专业人才。[2]

文化[edit]

2026年1月，西河村获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」称号。[1]

广东省爱国卫生运动委员会在2017年10月将「第一批广东省卫生村」的称号授予西河村。[1]
