龙坑村是庵埠镇下辖的村，原名黄坑，位于潮安区政府驻地西南约3千米、镇政府驻地西侧约3千米的龙坑山北麓。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据百度百科，村南龙坑山附近有九条坑水汇流，原称「九龙」，后归于一坑，遂得名龙坑。因坑水带黄，村子又称黄坑。[1]

元末，郭姓人家从郭陇迁入，村中主姓由此成为郭氏。[1]

经济[edit]

耕地820亩，农业以水稻和甘薯为主；村内也有采石、建材、针织等行业的企业。[1]

文化[edit]

2019年9月，村庄列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2020年9月和2022年10月，村庄两次入选淘宝村名单。[2]
