沙溪镇是广东省中山市下辖的镇，位于市境中西部，东与西区街道相接，西南与大涌镇为邻，西面接横栏镇。[1][2]镇名来自境内的沙溪涌，旧称隆都。[1][2][7]

全镇辖2个社区、15个行政村（截至2025年4月）。[1]2024年末户籍人口9.6万人，同年地区生产总值111.47亿元，比上年增长6.0%。[1]休闲服装是镇内的支柱产业，2002年12月获授「中国休闲服装名镇」称号。[7]

镇内有探花及第牌坊、期颐偕老坊、中山大王庙等清代至明代的古迹，沙溪鹤舞也列入了非物质文化遗产名录。[5][9][10][11]

历史沿革[edit]

1152年（南宋绍兴二十二年）此地隶属德庆乡。[4]明洪武十四年（1381年）改用龙眼都之名；清道光七年（1827年）起称隆都，至光绪元年（1875年）才改称隆镇。[4]

宣统年间这里设为第二区，民国时期先后改称西乡区、再改回第二区。[4]1953年石岐分出建市后，沙溪成为全县第十二区，两年后改用区政府驻地的名字。[4]五十年代末至六十年代，它多次随着公社体制调整而分合，并在1966年把大涌划出为独立公社。[4]八十年代初恢复为区制，至1986年底撤区，改设为镇。[4]

地理环境[edit]

镇境南部有凤凰山，北面临狮滘河，博雅地名网称当地为「南山北水」的格局。[3]镇中心到中开高速隆都站、广珠西线沙溪出入口均只需数分钟车程，镇域由几条纵横的主干道连接。[3]

经济[edit]

服装业是镇里的主要产业。龙瑞村设有中山市最大的专业服饰批发市场，云汉村一带则集中了布匹批发的生意。[3]镇内的服装厂不少已与国内外多个品牌建立长期合作，村里还有以休闲服装为主的小商品市场。[3][12]

近年直播带货发展较快，博雅地名网提到，2024年一年里全镇的直播成交额达到百亿元以上，相关园区与电商产业园在镇中心一带连成片。[3]

文化[edit]

沙溪鹤舞是申明亭村的传统舞蹈，源起明代，据百度百科，2007年被列为省级非遗项目。[11]沙溪四月八同样是省级的非遗代表性项目。[7]圣狮村的凤舞与舞龙在重大节日一同出巡。[7]

沙溪凉茶的前身，是中山「黄潮善堂」生产的传统药茶，距今约有一百年的历史。[2]

沙溪镇2021年9月入选「2021年全国千强镇」，2021年度获确认为国家卫生乡镇（县城）。此后，它在全国镇域经济的排名中，2024年列第430位，2025年列第413位；2025年全国千强镇名单中排第664位。[6]

名胜古迹[edit]

探花及第牌坊在龙瑞村，清同治元年（1862年）龙瑞村人刘其昌在壬戌科殿试中被钦点为一甲第三名武探花，此后立牌坊纪念，牌坊为花岗石构筑的四柱三间三楼式。[5][8]博雅地名网称它为中山市文物保护单位，维基百科则说它在2008年11月被定为省级文物，两说并录。[5][8]

期颐偕老坊位于圣狮村，花岗石砌成的四柱三间通天式牌坊，通高约6米。它竖立的缘由是当地一位名叫阮维光的百岁寿星，落成于清光绪二十五年（1899年）。[9]

中山大王庙又称洪圣殿，在圣狮村，最早可以推到明末，大致落成于1621至1644年间。清光绪二十九年（1903年）又大规模改建，成为两进三间的硬山式木结构建筑。[10]

溪角古塔是沙溪现存的唯一古塔，建于明代万历年间，列为中山市文物保护单位。[5]龙瑞村的龙瑞石碉楼始建于1927年，以花岗岩条石砌成，原为防匪防盗而建。[5]

圣狮村的狮山一带有古海蚀遗迹，岩层属白垩纪红砂砾岩，保存有海蚀洞、海蚀崖与海蚀平台，博雅地名网认为它是珠江三角洲地壳抬升的典型实例。[5]龙头环村保存有清初建村的龙头环古村，村中北极街上有北极殿，始建于清道光年间，供奉北方真武玄天上帝。[13]

镇中心有沙溪公园，2008年元旦落成，园内有仿古牌楼式大门、飞瀑鱼池等设施。[5]

著名人物[edit]

刘丽川（1820—1855）是溪角村人，早年习武行医，清道光二十五年（1845年）在香港加入天地会，后为上海小刀会首领。[2]

阮汉三（1888—1952）生于圣狮村，年少时跟随父亲阮锡南在美洲一带讨生活。1904年孙中山在檀香山宣讲革命，他前去听讲多次。[2]彭炳纲（1855—1942）是圣狮村人，1894年甲午科考中举人，后在珠海与石岐一带办学授徒，是中山知名的教育家与书法家。[2]

此外，陈滚（1867—1954）是岗背村人，十九岁便远赴美洲谋生；王昌（1885—1918）是石门村人，农民出身，在香港做工时结识加拿大华侨李翰屏，经其引荐入了革命团体；刘思复（1884—1915）祖籍溪角村，又名师复。[2]
