沙溪村是广州市番禺区洛浦街道的行政村，位于沙滘岛东部，东临番禺大桥，南靠迎宾路，北倚沥滘水道，全村总面积5000多亩。村名与位于沙滘洲尾、河流交错之处有关[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
据载村子建于清乾隆四十五年（1780），最初叫大湾，也叫草头沙。1913年起称沙溪，1984年设沙溪乡，1987年改为沙溪村民委员会[1]。
经济[edit]
页面载常住1417户、4691多人，外来人口约两万（未标年份）。1999年以来，五大批发市场陆续进驻，其中新沙五金塑料批发城占地19.57万平方米，恒生商贸城约11.71万平方米，国际酒店用品城约11.23万平方米[1]。
荣誉[edit]
沙溪村上了「2019年广东省卫生村」名录，先后进入2020年、2021年、2022年「淘宝村」名单[1]。
