马岭社区是广东省中山市南区街道下辖的社区，位于南区的中东部，属城乡结合区。[1][3]

社区名称源于山形似马，村名先称下马岭，后改今名。2006年村改居后转为社区居民委员会。辖区面积的说法有两种，博雅地名网记约9平方公里，百度百科记10.17平方公里。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

此地明代已建村落。1958年分设羊寮与芦溪两个大队，建国后则称马岭乡。1963年两队合并，恢复马岭之名；2002年，马岭村与龙环村合为一个村委会，2005年改称马岭居委会。[1]

博雅地名网的概况则称2006年村改居后转为社区居民委员会，与历史沿革所记的改称年份相差一年。[2]

地理与人口[edit]

据百度百科，社区辖区面积10.17平方公里；2024年3月底，常住者7737人，登记户籍的为2697人。社区东侧靠近五桂山山脉，西侧与渡头一带相邻，105国道自西北部穿过，西侧还靠近广珠西线高速公路。[3]

经济[edit]

社区的主要产业是茶叶交易与电梯相关业务，设有华通行、龙环、新光天地三处茶叶交易市场。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

下马岭茶亭位于社区内的马石路尾，旧时是石岐南部四乡往来的必经之路。茶亭始建于明永乐年间，清同治年间重建，1935年重修，亭内楹联出自多位文人之手。[1]

社区内另有树龄超过八百年的龙环丹荔树，以及风景秀丽的马岭水库，溪水环绕村落。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2022年9月，马岭社区被认定为「2022年度第一批中山市绿色社区」；2026年3月，又被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
