小江镇是广东省清远市阳山县下辖的镇，位于县境西北部，距县城18千米。全镇下辖1个社区、13个行政村，1983年设小江区，1987年建镇。连江流经镇域，国道107线经过境内。[1][2][3]

2019年全镇工农业总产值68568万元。产业包括风力与生物质发电、大理石开采、碳酸钙粉体加工、农业和温泉旅游。镇内有石螺森林温泉、阳山人民武装起义纪念馆（纪念碑）等景点。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

镇名取自小江圩。圩址原在县城西边的小江口，旧时是食盐运往连州和湖南一带的中转码头，新中国成立后才改用现名。[4]

民国时这里称小江乡，属第二区，1914年始建小江区。中华人民共和国成立初曾设第三区，1955年复称小江区。1958年并入阳山人民公社，1959年析出另设小江人民公社，1983年又设小江区，1987年建镇。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

小江镇在阳山县西北部，东邻岭背镇，南接阳城镇，西与连南瑶族自治县相连，北面与黄坌镇及连州市接壤。镇境属热带山地气候，年平均气温约20℃，年降雨量约1800毫米。连江自西北流向东南，穿过镇域。[1][2]

面积数字各家不一：《阳山年鉴·2020》据县自然资源局数据记为232平方千米（2019年）；百度百科记为226.92平方千米，未注年份。林地面积为170平方千米（2019年）。[1][3]

镇内石灰石矿藏丰富，全镇石灰石储量在1.5亿吨以上，碳酸钙含量为97%至98%，所产以大理石为主。[1]

人口[edit]

《阳山年鉴·2020》载，2019年全镇户籍户数9723户，户籍人口41523人，其中非农业人口1229人。[1] 百度百科记2018年户籍人口41557人，与此相近。[3] 维基百科记2020年人口为16787人，未注明统计口径，与户籍数相差甚大。[5]

经济[edit]

2019年全镇工农业总产值68568万元，其中农业总产值超过61388万元，工业总产值7179万元，全年税收收入2350万元。[1]

新能源方面，石螺生物质发电项目于2019年全面建成投产，当年发电1790万千瓦时。截至2019年底，雷公岩风电项目4台机组已并网发电，累计发电374.54万千瓦时。广东联采矿业活性石灰项目取得14万平方米土地及矿山采矿权。[1]

农业上，罗汉、下坪、石螺和塘楼四村累计种植牛大力约1.33平方千米，年鉴认为此举使小江镇形成了「一镇一业」。下坪村有一种旱地西洋菜，取得了国家生态原产地产品保护证书。全镇注册农产品商标5个，获「三品一标」认证7个。名优特产还有白果、西岭鸡、沙寮葛等。[1]

旅游上，全镇全年接待游客达20万人次，经济效益为300万元。当年还举办了「岭南千年银杏之约」旅游文化节。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

阳山人民武装起义纪念馆（纪念碑）在下坪村。阳山人民于农历六月初九（即1948年7月15日）在下坪村发动武装起义，此后每年的这一天成为村里的起义纪念日。冯光任粤桂湘边纵队连江支队司令员，1949年1月22日在小江罗汉塘一役中牺牲。2009年下坪村建成纪念馆，馆内树立冯光司令员铜像，另有梁天培铜像，梁天培是中华人民共和国成立后阳山的首任县长。2019年，这座纪念馆（纪念碑）入选「清远市第二批中共党史教育基地」。[1]

石螺森林温泉属硅酸温泉，水温约68℃，温泉水取自连江河底。2019年2月20日，石螺森林温泉项目奠基动工。[1]

年鉴所记雷公岩村修缮了26座古民居和4座古炮楼，并建成「雷公岩知青体验中心」。2019年4月，该村的「美丽宜居乡村特色村」建设经市级验收。[1]

罗汉村有18棵树龄超过一千年的银杏，村民称之为「十八罗汉」，全村共有3000多棵银杏树。2019年11月3日，「岭南千年银杏之约」旅游文化节开幕式在罗汉村委会狮子尾村举行。[1]

文化教育[edit]

2019年，小学和初中阶段的入学与巩固指标均达到100%。镇内有小江中学、冯光纪念中学和小江中心小学。各个行政村（社区）都设有文化室，村级文化综合服务中心共有14个。[1]
