历史沿革[edit]

村头大队组建于1979年，1984年一度为乡建制。1987年2月这里改为村委会，之后又设管理区，直到1999年才重新恢复村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2026年1月，村头村获评「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」称号。2024年1月，村头村被确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」。2019年9月，村头村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
