村头村是韶关市武江区西河镇的行政村，在镇南部、武江河西岸，南邻大村村，北接城区。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名得自村委会驻地村头。1951年设村头乡，1958年改大队，1986年为管理区，1998年改称村委会。[1]
经济[edit]
农业人口1066人，耕地430亩、山林1500亩，以种水稻、蔬菜和果树为主，有规模达3000头的养猪专业户；村里引进外资办了混凝土公司，还有园林食府等餐饮业。1996年起推行老人退休制度。[1]
2021年12月，获广东省爱卫会授予的2021年广东省卫生村称号。[1]
