成源村是东水镇下辖的行政村。村名取「成功」的「成」与「桃源」的「源」合成。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国二十年，成源属前郎仑乡。1941年以后归郎仑乡，解放初仍如此。1952年成立成源乡，下辖成源与显塘；1958年改为成源管理区，辖成源、六联、显塘，区址设大塘埔炮楼。1962年建成源大队，1983年改为成源乡，1987年设成源管理区办事处，1999年5月起称成源村村民委员会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

和平县革命文物线索清单中，东水镇成源村有一处和平人民义勇队驻地旧址，列为未定级。[2]

文化[edit]

2019年9月，成源村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
