径口社区是连平县忠信镇下辖的社区，位于镇的西北边，属镇乡结合区。社区北面是黄岭山，西面是径口山，处在两山之间的狭道下方，故名径口。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年成立径口大队；1983年设径口乡；1987年改设径口管理区；1999年成为村委会，2005年又改为居民委员会。[1]

2019年9月，社区上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
