渤上村是广东省茂名市信宜市茶山镇下辖的行政村，位于茶山镇南部，辖17个村民小组，在册589户、2789人，全村面积6.4平方千米，耕地1378亩。[1]
名称由来[edit]
此村原本包括在渤垌的范围里，后来单独设为大队，所在位置在渤垌河上游，所以叫渤上。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
这里在建国前叫第二堡，1950年叫第二村。其后撤大队改设渤上乡（1983年），1986年起设村民委员会，1992年一度改称管理区办事处，1999年重新使用渤上村民委员会的名称，延续到今天。[1]
经济[edit]
村民种三华李和南蕉，人均收入3000多元，另种油茶、养山地鸡，并在修建硬底化村道。据博雅地名网，上一年全村农村经济总收入为3346万元。2021年12月，渤上村由广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」。[1]
