历史沿革[edit]
1951年5月设迳口村政府，隶第六区；1952年3月改迳口乡，归樟市区管辖。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村所在处地势险要，成一道峡谷，罗坑溪水与公路都从这里经过，故名径口。[1]
经济[edit]
耕地方面，水田1100多亩，旱地300多亩；作物以优质谷、花生、黄豆为主（博雅地名网）。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，径口村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
