肖屋村是广东省河源市连平县田源镇下辖的行政村。据博雅地名网所载，村中居民都姓肖，村名由此而来。村内的肖屋鱼梁传承已久，2022年列入「广东省非物质文化遗产」；村庄2021年获「广东省文化和旅游特色村」称号。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

此前属于水西大队的这一片，在1976年田源设立公社后单独立队。1983年改为乡，1988年改为管理区，1999年起成为肖屋村民委员会，今仍如此[1]。

文化[edit]

肖屋鱼梁自明代传承至今，已有五百多年历史[2][3]。村中耕地稀少，居民长期制作鱼梁。这种古老的水能利用方式讲究选址，不阻塞航道，捕捞也有节制[3]。2018年肖屋鱼梁被列为连平县非物质文化遗产[3]。2022年，肖屋鱼梁获列「广东省非物质文化遗产」，习俗称「作鱼梁」[2]。2024年，它入选「大地流彩•全国乡村文化艺术展演季」[2]。2025年国庆中秋假期，镇里以它为切入点举办了鱼梁文化周活动[6]。

村庄2021年获「广东省文化和旅游特色村」称号[2][5]。2019年9月，村里被列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2022年1月，广东省乡村振兴局确定它为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位；2023年5月，广东省爱卫会把「2022年广东省卫生村」称号授予肖屋村[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

水西摩崖石刻位于村东南约两公里的道旁石壁，镌于明嘉靖四十五年（即1566年），系总兵俞大猷等班师时留下的纪功石刻。1985年它被列为县级文物保护单位，2022年7月又被公布为「广东省第十批省级文物保护单位」[1][4]。
