长沙村位于广东省河源市连平县隆街镇。明弘治十一年（1498年），赖姓先人自河源溯水而上，到长沙老围定居。村子沿河，地势平坦，田地由流沙淤积而成，故名长沙。[1]

文物[edit]

长沙大夫第在村内，为广东省文物保护单位，建于清乾隆年间。据博雅地名网，赖运昭获得封诰，其家族连续三代受封，遂以「大夫第」为此宅命名。宅院朝北，三面有丘陵环抱，前有半月形池塘，天井内壁有石刻花纹，屋内的石雕、木雕和彩绘形态各异。[2][3]

据百度百科，2024年大夫第的修缮设计方案获省文物主管部门批准，次年连平县划定了它的保护范围和建设控制地带。[2]

沿革与荣誉[edit]

1988年原长沙大队改称长沙管理区，1999年5月管理区撤销，改由村委会管理。[1]

2019年6月，长沙村列入第五批中国传统村落名录；2024年3月，该村获评2023年广东省卫生村。[1]
