立新村是广东省河源市连平县隆街镇的行政村，村名原为「洪圣」，因村中有一座洪圣庙而得名。1966年破除四旧，洪圣庙被拆毁，村名改为「立新」，庙址上改建了立新小学。[1]

沿革[edit]

建国初称洪圣村，1958年为洪圣大队，1968年改称立新大队革命委员会，1984年改为立新乡，1990年设立新管理办事处，1999年改设立新村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

产业与文化[edit]

村内有「立新良品」香米品牌，立新稻米帮扶加工配套设施项目获深圳市南山区「百千万工程」对口帮扶资金。[2]

隆街镇政府网站将立新村的赖氏宗祠列为省、县级重点文物保护单位。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2020年8月，立新村入选广东省农业农村厅公布的首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，产业为水稻。[1]

2019年9月，该村在广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建名单中有名；2024年3月，村庄被命名为2023年广东省卫生村。[1]
