太楼村位于通衢镇。村名由村民从旧名“磜头”中取字而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年6月，此地属锦归乡磜头村。1951年划入县四区锦泰乡，1958年10月归锦泰管理区，1959年春划入通衢公社。1978年起属锦归公社，当时称泰楼大队。1983年与玳瑁合并；1987年4月分出，设太楼村委会，隶属锦归乡；1989年冬成为太楼管理区，1999年设村委会。[1]
