华新社区是广东省河源市龙川县老隆镇辖下的社区居民委员会，全国重点文物保护单位老隆福建会馆（华新路39号）在其辖区内。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年老隆设公社，同时成立了华新居民委员会，名称沿用至今。[1]

2019年9月，华新社区名列「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

福建会馆即香港文化名人大营救指挥部旧址，2019年10月7日公布为第八批全国重点文物保护单位；清代闽籍商人集资所建，三进院落，建筑面积570平方米。[2]1942年香港沦陷后，大批文化界人士取道东江到达老隆，会馆是当时的指挥与中转之处；1949年6月1日龙川县人民政府也在这里成立。[2][3]
