双派村在广东省汕尾市陆丰市八万镇东北面，罗经嶂山下，距镇政府5公里，有8个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

相传最早由蓝、戴、吴、刘四姓居住；明仁宗时曾姓自葫芦輋迁来，明成宗时龚姓从高塘迁入，其后戴、蓝两姓陆续外迁。土地改革时为双派乡；1958年设大队；1983年建双派乡，当时与坪石村委会合并；1986年设管理区；1999年改为村委会。[1]

革命史迹[edit]

1932年10月，红军在双派径口的五显帝庙前成立「六团」；次年的「双派径口事件」亦以此地命名。[2]

人口与经济[edit]

全村面积约7平方公里，2200多人，外出务工的有1000多人，山多地少，村集体收入较少。[1]自然村有柚树下、楼下、半岭、径里、河背、兴土、井背、社下。[3]

荣誉[edit]

双派村列入国家林业和草原局2019年12月公布的第二批国家森林乡村；2020年12月获广东省爱卫会授予「2020年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
