大安镇是广东省汕尾市陆丰市北部的镇，在螺河中下游，北面与陆河县交界，东、西、南三面依次与八万镇、西南镇、河东镇相邻。[1]镇辖1个社区、16个行政村，另有65个村小组和4个居民小组。[2]相传唐武德五年（622年）所置的安陆县，县治就在今镇域内的环珠寨。[4][5]当地以大蒜著称，2021年入选广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业镇。[4]

地理环境[edit]

据陆丰市人民政府网站所载，全镇面积93.5平方千米，其中林业用地90131亩，耕地16448亩。[1]镇内建有牛角隆、三溪水两座中型水库，博雅地名网的概况称两库合计蓄水4656万立方米；同一页还提到境内高岭土储量约4000万吨。[5]省道S240（当地称陆五公路）自东南向西北穿过镇域。[5]

历史沿革[edit]

镇名的来历有一说是：旧时镇上的寨门、巷口，名称里都带一个“安”字，后人以“大家安居乐业”作解，便有了“大安”。[4]

唐武德五年（622年），朝廷把海丰县东部划出，另置安陆县，县城设在今陆军村的环珠寨，当时叫大安屯；贞观元年（627年），安陆县并回海丰县。[4][6]清雍正九年（1731年）陆丰县设立后，这一带属陆丰县坊廓都的大安圩。[6]

20世纪的建制变动：1949年以前设过区、镇；1957年设大安乡，翌年成立大安公社；1984年改为区，1986年建镇。[4]大安社区的前身，则是1962年公社体制下放时由非农业人口划出的大安居民区。[7]

陆丰市政府网站称大安是一个以农业为主的革命老区。[1]

村落概况[edit]

各村的规模悬殊。据博雅地名网转录的村情，陆军村下辖13个自然村，磁西村下辖12个，两村在镇内自然村最多。[15][17]河二村面积约13平方千米，紧邻陆河县，距镇政府约8公里。[16]多数村庄的劳动力外出经商或务工，留村者种水稻、花生、大豆等。[14][15]梅林、安北、堂贝三村在2020年12月被广东省爱卫会评为卫生村，大安村在2021年12月获同一称号。[11][12][13][14]

市政府网站上的概况写道，全镇总人口65355人，外出人口三万多。[1]博雅地名网引第七次全国人口普查的结果，称常住人口3.14万人，在陆丰市各镇（街道）中排第13位。[4]两个数字所指口径不同，前者看来是户籍人口。

经济[edit]

大安镇以种植业为主，粮食、水果、林业和大蒜是主要产出。[5]大蒜长期被列为广东省“一乡一品”项目，省农业农村厅在2021年9月发布的第三批专业镇名单里，大安镇的产业一栏写的是蒜。[4][5]到2026年3月，全省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇的认定结果公布，大安镇亦在其中。[4]

2020年8月公布的首批省级专业村名单中，镇内有四个村上榜：梅林村（沉香）、安北村（柑桔）、大安村（大安蒜）、坣贝村（无籽沙糖桔）。[11][12][13][14]

博雅地名网所录的概况还提到镇内炎城剪刀厂出产的剪刀，销往湖南、湖北、福建、江西等省，并称2000年全镇工农业总产值为7489万元。[5]

文化[edit]

南溪村的“滚地金龙”于2006年列入第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录，村里设有展览馆展示这项技艺。[3][8]据百度百科，明嘉靖年间黄氏光昭公一支自福建漳州迁到南溪村，带来了《滚地金龙演史传》的传本，此后舞法由村中艺师传往镇内的安博等村和邻近乡镇。[9]大安八兽舞也是镇上的传统民俗活动。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

陆丰市政府网站介绍大安镇文物时，点到的有六处：石寨的石城、新寨“和安里”、灵泉寺、安陆县旧治遗址、姜文生与姜英毅两位烈士的旧居（名“来去庐”），还有圆山的革命烈士纪念碑。[3]

  • 石寨：别名石城，2012年被公布为首批中国传统村落，2014年又入选第六批中国历史文化名镇（名村）。[6][10]详见石寨村。
  • 灵泉寺：在镇区东南约3公里的石崆峒山，建于清雍正三年（1725年）。[5]
  • 环珠寨：位于陆军村，被指为唐代安陆县县治故址。[5]
  • 姜文生、姜英毅旧居（“来去庐”）：建于1927年，博雅地名网记其在翰田村一带；汕尾市政府于2022年3月将其列为市第三批文物保护单位。[4]
