西兴社区是海丰县梅陇镇的镇中心区社区，居民委员会的前身是1958年建立的梅陇人民公社第一居委会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年9月，梅陇人民公社设第一居委会；2004年8月，该居委会改称西兴居委会，名称沿用至今。[1] 梅陇墟中心的曾世合古民居修缮项目的业主是西兴社区居民委员会（2022年启动设计测绘招标）。[2]
