历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，竹符村立于清乾隆年间；1990年，竹符、船路和竹符新村三个自然村从东港管理区办事处分出，设竹符管理区办事处，1998年改称竹符村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2023年5月，竹符村获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号；2024年1月被确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]
