珊田村是梅州市兴宁市径南镇的行政村，清代以前叫山田。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代以前叫山田，因当地多山。后来村里出了举人，孙天麒嫌「山」字太俗，改成「珊」字，村名定为珊田。[1]
1999年4月，珊田重新使用村民委员会的名称；这之前，1989年9月为管理区，1987年4月为村，1984至1987年为乡。[1]
文化[edit]
珊田村属第一批「广东省卫生村」（2017年10月），又见于2018年度省民主法治示范村（社区）创建名单（2019年9月）。[1]
