太阳村是梅州市兴宁市径南镇的行政村，旧名寨阳寨。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村子原叫寨阳寨，意思是山多寨多；后来「田寨」一词在名称中占了分量，加之「寨」「太」读音相近，改作太阳寨，再简称太阳。[1]
太阳村民委员会1999年成立；先前是1989年设的管理区，1983至1986年的乡政府，1958至1983年的大队，以及1949至1957年的太阳乡。[1]
