东街社区是兴宁市兴田街道的社区，办公地点在春风路，名称来自它所在的兴宁东街一带。[1]

名称与沿革[edit]

东街公所原设在城内，1950年冬土地改革期间改为东街办事处。其后1999年设居委会，2004年建东街社区居委会，沿用到现在。[1]
