洋岗村是兴宁市兴田街道的行政村，位于城郊，博雅地名网把它归为城乡结合区。[1]
名称由来[edit]
村内下片有一处岭岗，周围住着19个姓氏的人家。清代文人罗幼山曾作对联，上联起首是“洋”字，下联末尾是“岗”字（联中提到洋子岭、沙帽石、鸡公桥、草鞋岗四处地名），村民遂以首尾两字称此地洋岗围，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
洋岗大队存在于1958至1983年；1984年2月撤生产大队改设洋岗乡政府，1986年称洋岗村委会，1989年一度为洋岗管理区办事处，1999年重称洋岗村委会。[1]名列广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位，名单于2019年9月公布。[1]
