历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网记录的村名来历是：民国以来村里没有出过大灾，百姓生活安定，人们便称此地为升平。[1]1949年起称乡，1958年改大队。1983年升平并入小柘乡，四年后分出，改设村民委员会；1989年称管理区，1999年重回村民委员会之名。[1]

经济[edit]

种水稻、金柚、李、柑、脐橙和豆角。上一年农村经济总收入420.91万元；集体经济的固定年收入仅4000元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

升平村在2019年9月被列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」。[1]
