历史沿革[edit]

新岭在1949年叫新岭乡；其后依次改为生产大队（1958年起）、小乡（1983年）、村民委员会（1987年）、管理区（1989年），1999年4月再定为新岭村民委员会，至今未变。[2]

经济[edit]

村里的经济作物以木材为主，小水电站也是一项收入；该网站记上一年农村经济总收入431.5万元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，新岭村进入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单；2024年1月，又定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]
