三达村位于平远县差干镇西部，分5个村民小组。博雅地名网登载的数字是161户、686人，总面积14.8平方千米，耕地646亩。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村子以鹧鸪隆为中心，周围有三条路、三条河和三个村：路分别通向差干圩、江西寻乌县和福建武平县；河是湖洋河、南楼河、望背河；东有好田、南有南楼、北有八斗。三路三河都呈“Y”字形展开，取四通八达之意，1950年按这一地形定名三达。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年是三达乡；其后依次改为生产大队（1958年起）、小乡（1983年）、村民委员会（1987年）、管理区（1989年），1999年4月定为三达村民委员会。1976年建成的云湖公路从村中经过，沿线经济因此受益。[3]
经济[edit]
村里出产木材和脐橙，脐橙、仙人草是特色收入；上一年农村经济总收入476.9万元。[1]
