均田村是丰顺县汤坑镇所辖的行政村之一，位于汤坑镇西面[1]。村名的来历是：相传开村的是兄弟二人，在此拓荒造田，后来因妯娌不和分家，分田时兄弟约定耕地一律对半平分，因而得名均田[2]。2004年10月撤销东联镇后改归汤坑镇管辖[3]。

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网所载：1962年起叫作均田大队；此后1982年起叫作均田乡；随后1987年起叫作均田村民委员会；再后来1990年起叫作均田管理区；接着1999年起叫作均田村民委员会；2004年10月东联镇建制撤销后，均田村民委员会划入汤坑镇。[3]

荣誉：2021年9月，列入广东省农业农村厅公布的第二批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名录（金柚）。[1]
