下漳村在梅州市大埔县光德镇，旧称漳溪下村，后简作下漳。辖9个村民小组，有588户、2598人，总面积6.35平方公里，耕地763亩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村在宋末属海阳县高陂乡，明、清两代分别归平原社、源高甲的樟溪村，民国时属光德乡。1952年设高陂区下漳乡；1958年10月人民公社化，成了高陂公社的下漳大队，1961年1月起改归新设的光德公社。1983年底公社撤销、设光德区，村随之为区辖乡，1986年底区改为镇，才有了镇属的下漳村之名；1998年起由村民委员会管理。[1]

经济[edit]

上一年农村经济总收入5165万元。村里改造集体小水电，发展陶瓷，新建了村委会大楼和小学教学楼。[1]
