三岗村是梅州市大埔县高陂镇东部的行政村，陶瓷是村里的特色经济。[1]

地名由来与沿革[edit]

因有3条路通到岗顶，故名三岗。清顺治年间，廖、郭、郑姓先民迁到现址拓荒建房成村，以三岗为名，沿用至今。明清隶清远都平原村，民国属高陂区平北乡；1958年隶高陂公社平原大队，1961年1月归平原公社，设三岗生产大队，1983年12月改设平原区三岗乡，1986年12月改属平原乡三岗村。[1]

村情[edit]

村辖22个村民小组，在册536户、2166人，总面积13平方千米，耕地1169亩，主要种水稻，所载上一年农村经济总收入2928万元。[1]
