五家輋村是梅州市大埔县高陂镇东部的行政村，东邻枫朗镇，北接百侯镇，以蜜柚为特色产业。[1]

地名由来[edit]

博雅地名网载，1610年吴姓人最早入村居住，称「吴家畲」；1720年以后吴姓迁走，改称「五家輋」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代为黄兰社吴家畲，清代为兰沙甲吴家畲，民国为兰沙甲五家畲。1950年代初归第三区（侯云），1952年划作石云区五家畲乡，1958年10月归高陂公社，设五家輋生产大队，1961年1月属平原公社，1983年12月改设平原区五家畲乡。[1]

村情与荣誉[edit]

村辖27个村民小组，在册852户、3540人，总面积10平方千米，耕地2062亩，种茶果，所载上一年农村经济总收入2243万元。2020年8月，五家輋村（蜜柚）进入广东省农业农村厅公布的首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单；2019年9月列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
