古埜村是梅州市大埔县高陂镇的行政村，博雅地名网写作「古野村」。[1]
地名由来[edit]
传说古时这一带树林遍布原野，因而叫古埜。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明代属清远都古埜社古埜村，清代属古源甲古埜村，民国归高陂区古埜乡。1958年10月归高陂公社，设古埜生产大队，1961年1月划入古埜公社，1983年12月改设古埜区古埜乡，1986年12月改属古埜乡古埜村，1998年起称村民委员会，2003年复归高陂镇。古埜这一名称后来也用作公社、区、乡的名称，周围的古西、古东、古田等村都由它分出或因它得名。[1]
武颂庐[edit]
博雅地名网把民国安东省代主席赵公武的故居武颂庐记在古野村；百度百科则记在古田村，两处说法不一。该宅建于1947年，建筑面积452平方米，砖木结构，格局为两进的四合院。[1][2]
村情[edit]
村辖12个村民小组，在册403户、1463人，总面积4平方千米，耕地1154亩，所载上一年农村经济总收入1531万元。[1]
