历史沿革[edit]

1949年9月隶下麻乡；1951年底属南滩乡；1957年底属麻榨乡南滩村；1958年10月起为南滩大队；1961年立横汉大队；1963年1月又并回南滩大队；1973年重设横汉大队；1984年3月归南滩乡；1987年1月仍隶南滩村民委员会；至1989年10月叫横汉管理区；1999年5月后为现名。[1]

2019年9月，横汉村上榜「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
